RAZHEEM L'INSENSE
'Je suis le desert implacable, dechaine contre tol'

This is a model from Rackham, for their game Confrontation. In the game, he is
a living legend, or in game terms, one mean mutha!

I painted this model as a gift for my friend James. Since he plays WHFB, using
Chaos Undivided forces, I painted this model to look vaguely like a nurgle champ.
I started by priming the model black, and since the model is mostly armor, that
was my major concern painting this.
I primed black, drybrushed tin bitz, drybrushed boltgun.
I mixed up some vallejo smoke, and went over the entire model.
I then used some of the darker GW gold. then boltgun again,
then went back and used the smoke mixed with chestnut ink, then used smoke and red ink,
then used boltgun as a highlight, then some mithril mixed into the boltgun.
A complete experiment I was fairly happy with how it came out.
I wanted to create some depth in the armor with multiple layers and highlights.
(I should have written down how I did this. I finished this model about a month ago
and my memory is a bit foggy.)
The studs were painted with GW blue metallic paint..hmm, what else did I do?
The horse was painted green (remember nurlge...) I used Reapers Troll Flesh as a base,
and lightened it with Vallejo yellow ochre.

I think the model looks better in real life, for then you can see the different reflections
of the metal. The lights caused some reflection problems, throwing off the overall look.
